Fang Beast in Unexpanded area, yet blocking crops

I have a fang beast in an area I haven't expanded to yet. But, it is still managing to block my crops :(
I can not fight it, I have tried but can't get close enough.

If a monster is out of bounds force closing the game will remove it :)
