Royal Exchange - Snowflakes

I am not seeing the option of Snowflakes in the Royal Exchange. Another poster posted a pic which I do not see. I have forced a game shut down and restarted. Thank you!

Have you upgraded your reindeer stable to the point where you need snowflakes? You only see that exchange when the item is needed for an upgrade, then it will go away once you complete that upgrade.

You will not see the new trade in your shop until to reach that specific quest.
