I got a new phone and now my game is gone

Hi, I'm an android user and I cant figure out how to reload my old game onto my new phone.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

If you still have your old device, you can play your games on both devices by using the login feature

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

From everything I've read you have to set up a new storm ID on the new device and contact teamlava to transfer your old data to the new device using the new ID. I'm a little upset because they haven't contacted me back yet. Don't know if I'll be able to transfer my game over or not now.
