Silo & Crucible capacity at the Arctics is 4000 & 200 respectively

Just noticed that the Silo & Crucible capacity at my Arctics is 4000 & 200 respectively. It was 2000 & 100 at least a few weeks ago.
I have not been breeding anything in the Arctics for the last few weeks and didn't pay attention to when the capacity was increased.

Anyone else seeing this? Wondering if TL is up to something with the Arctics again? Saw some posts this morning about expansion
sign in the water for levels 999. Could they be related?

It seems to have been increased for everyone late last night (or sometime yesterday). Everyone should now be able to have 200 and 4000 for the same upgrade price.

I never did the final upgrades because for me they cost 500 gold but I did them today since the price was reduced to 100 gold. :)

I'm guessing this is an in game glitch. :)
