What's up with the expansion in the middle of the water that says you have to be at level 999?

Just saw that on mine too! Haha I've been on level 150 for that long I'm probably nearly at 999 :P

The expansion sign has disappeared and the square in the water has gone too, does this mean it was released too soon? And TL took it back? :( I was looking forward to seeing what it would end up as!

I think, and there is a good chance I may be wrong, that it has something to do with the 1.8 version of DS, which includes a mine and mini games :)

Yes you can mine for parts for the Platinum Dragon and for expansion to an extra island
