*Embarrassing* I rebooted and everything is fine...however; every single time I play, first the game crashes, the screen goes blank completely, and then the game reloads. From what I have read, this is not uncommon. Kinda scary, especially since I have purchased gems, something I do very rarely.

What are you doing in the game when it crashes? Does it crash at the splash screen or after the game loads?

I checked your account and it loads correctly for me.
