Issue Purchasing Value Pack

Yesterday I purchased the current "Value Pack" offer (1200000 coins + 15600 food + Tiger's Eye dragon, for $29.99), but nothing happened! The transaction DID go through, because it's recorded in my iTunes store purchase history (billed as "Starter Pack"), but I didn't receive the items in-game!! Now, whenever I open the app, I'm prompted to sign into iTunes; however, doing so has no effect. Still no Tiger's Eye dragon in my storage :(
