I recently upgraded my iPhone. I have the same apple ID. I downloaded castle story only to find that it reset me to a new account. How can I get my old account working on my new phone?

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you no longer have your old device, I would advise using the storm 8 transfer so your storm ID and games are removed from your old device.

Does this apply to Castle Story? I play it on my ipad, but would love to be able to play on the same account on my iPhone as well for when I'm out and about. I downloaded Castle Story to my iPhone and followed the instructions from the link you referred to, but there is no option to log on with a current Storm id. There's only the option to create a new one (which I did not do.)

Am I missing something? Or is this feature only enabled for Restaurant Story and not Castle Story?

You will need to do the login from the restaurant game. If you do not have the game, download it from the app store.
When you login, all the games under your storm ID and password will move over too.
It is really cool. I do not have to carry my Ipad and Ipod to work everyday to play my back up games!

Yes, you can delete it but I go back and forth all the time from my old account to gift and accept requests from my main account. It's great to be able to go back and forth any time you want,
