How do I Load and send off my Train? HELP

Hello,
I managed to gather all items for my train. I don't see an option to "send it" I only see an option "Discard". I also don't see little brown bags. I see items that are needed and quantities 8/8 for example. In my previous load, I left things as is, and the train left empty😳 HELP

You have the option to discard before you start loading the train. You cannot send the train off until you fill all the orders or the timer runs out.

Tap on the item you wish to load, the 'load' option then comes up, press it and the items then become the brown bag.
