Hi, I recently lost my debit card and had it cancelled.
Now I have a new one which I registered with Google yesterday, but each time
I try to buy gems it comes up 'user not authorised to purchase gems'
I emailed Team Lava and received an automated response email that if I want
to transfer my account to another device to include the details of id etc etc etc,
I don't need to transfer my account to another device I can play my game fine I just can't buy gems...please help and advise me how I can use my new debit card to buy gems.
