I hate to make a new thread over this, but I need a quick question answered.
I understand that you are allowed to receive up to 20 requested items per day, and others are carried over to the other days.
Question is, say I request a part from 15 people and only 12 only ever accept, do I still get 8 more requests for the day or does the 3 that never accepted count also?
Related note, say I request limited goal items (EX: 8 coal) from 15 people, once the 8 limit is reached, do the others cancel out, still get accepted, or what goes on from there?
