Goal disappeared?

It seems the goal "Crazy for Cocoa" somehow disappeared from my game. I remember reading the goal, thinking that peppermint cocoa sounded yummy, but when I had my cocoa maker ready, I was already on the next goal, preparing cinnamon cocoa instead. Goal items have been unlocked, so my best guess is that somehow I accidentally clicked the "Skip goal" button, as Restaurant story keeps getting unsynchronised with the server, which makes a mis-click all too easy... (What's the deal with those servers, anyway!?) If the goal is gone because I accidentally skipped it, I'd very much like those gems and the goal back (and any progress set back).

I'm on Android 4.1.2 and game version 1.5.5.7.7.
