Star rating completly blank even if you tip regularly? no progress to next level?

Hi, ive beeen having trouble with my star rating? i tip regularly basically every 3-6 few hours of the day but my bar hasnt moved ever since i got to STAR number " 3 " it hasnt moved a inch, the bar is completly blank which means no progress?

even though i had tipped often? please help? i want to move to STAR number 4.

Just keep tipping. at first i tot it wasn't moving. but it did!! just very very slow... try it again mate
