Trade with Ivy's Sister

Hello everyone!

I am in the Griselda quest line- specifically the Potion Shop Gossip goal. I've collected the unique oils but the three required trades are not registering. I've completed 4 trades since receiving the goal and it still shows 0/3 trades. I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I would appreciate any insight you can provide!

I've had things not show up and it's made me so mad. I've spent hrs before making stuff for them to not be there and I would have to remake them. Game glitch I think

The only trade that will count is Trade with Belladonna.

I was sent a request to trade with Belladonna & when I went there it said locked by goal. I've tried everything but no luck. I'm level 50, Grisela's castle is 100% upgraded, Griselda's dark garden 100% upgraded. I've forced closed, uninstalled & reinstalled. Turned off my iPhone. Any other suggestions? My next option is to quit spending money here & deleting this game. Please send help.

What other goals do you currently have? There is one where you have to pay to unlock a new trade route (I think it is trigger by collecting from Ivy's hut)
