Everything Else in Game Synchs so Why Doesn't This

I loved TL when they made it possible 2 play the same exact game on 2 different devices but y doesn't everything synch? There r times I forget this 1 little quick and I end up being embarrassed when I finally notice that I've done it again. Why doesn't a "canned" message transfer from 1 device 2 the other? (4 most of my NBRS I always add something 2 my tipping announcement but not always.) My buildings r almost exactly the same or once they know I'm there and "process" then they're the same except 4 my intended message. Is there something I'm forgetting 2 do or is this something I'll just have 2 take care of the 1st time I visit the 2nd device that day?
Any answers or help will b greatly appreciated.

it's a local feature , not in-game.
like you can visit the same site from 2 browsers but can have different bookmarks in each.
