Cannot collect reward for Fruit Splash

I just installed Fruit Splash and I cannot collect the 30 gold reward for installing it. I've tried buying decoration in both the main game and Arctic Isles but it won't register. I even tried collecting it through Halloween version. I noticed that normally if you click the buy button, this will take you to the Decor screen on the market, but this time it just takes you to the starting dragon market screen.

I need to resolve this before the 9 day timer is up.
