Excess Inventory - How Do I Sell extras

Hi, I am new to this game.
I have reached the limit on Milk, Eggs etc
I have built the market.

How can I sell this excess to create space for new products.
Example, I have 99 milk, but am still producing milk.
How to sell milk to create space for more ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry but you're not able to sell excess items to make more room. You can use the items to craft other ones. Eg milk is used in baking bread, eggs are used in noodles. If you get the royal exchange you can trade some items for other things, eg milk and eggs for random food items.

When you collect an item you are maxed on, instead of collecting the item you get an extra $15 instead

When you hit lv. 12, you can build the Royal Exchange which can help sometimes. It lets you trade common items for other items.
