Bakery story - deleting neighbors

I've only been playing Bakery Story a short while, but I'm loving it.
I visit, tip and gift my (50) neighbors every day but I've noticed that many of my neighbors do NOT return the compliment.
How do I delete un-neighborly neighbors so that I can load new ones?

Go to your neighbor list and at the top is a small edit button. Click that, then scroll down and delete the neighbors you want.
