how do I get extras?

I noticed that some of my neighbours and community members have items on their islands that I do not and I'd like to know how they aquired them. Items such as the 'flying Colosseum" the airship and the wooden 'bridge'. Were they obtained when goals were reached?

Also, is there an inventory in the game? If so, where??

The wooden bridge aka the Quest outpost and the flying Colosseum aka the battle arena are only available to IOS users currently, Android and kindle fire users are still waiting on an update. They are simply extra features within the game for acquiring certain dragons, for example the black knight dragon.

Android and kindle users will never see these updates, same with the dawn tree and island coin boasters
