i am sending many email to Storm8 Support <support@teamlava.com>;
but there is no response

please help me i already waiting for a month

Check your spam folder to make sure a response did not go there.
Reply back to your ticket email and let them know that you are still waiting for your transfer.

If support sends a reply requesting more information and they do not get a reply back, they will close out your ticket assuming you no longer need help.

i didn't get any requesting more information from them
then a week later i get this email We haven't heard back from you yet............................:(

If support gets overloaded with support emails, it may take longer for an agent to respond to your ticket. Sometime when they get behind, especially transfer requests, they may send an email to see if you still need help, assuming that you may of transferred yourself.

I am glad you are back up a running. Make sure you set a password for your storm ID under one of your games, so next time you will be able to log on to your games .
I also would advise setting up a email also, so you can recover your password if you forget it.
