hello :) everything in the title ...... i have boy picture and i tried to change it and my Neighbors still see me a boy ??? (sorry for my English)

You can go in the game, tap Menu > Overview > Profile tab. Then look for the green "change" button over the picture of the avatar.

i did it and i see a grl but they see a boy, im sure my freind show me my profile on his telefone

Fantasy Forest has same issue. It looks ok to you, but shows wrong to others. It's been like this for a while.

If you used the default gender of Female, then your Visit/Neighbor Avatar will be shown as a random gender. You will need to declare your character's gender as Female in all aspects of the game by going to Overview --> Profile --> Gender Change --> declare Male --> change to declare Female (The Female Gender will now be officially shown) Please let me know if this works for you.
