New device

I have downloaded bakery story on my new device and it has started me over. It won't let me log into my old bakery. I emailed support but their reply didn't answer my question. I know last time I changed devices I emailed them my old username and new username and they switched over my accounts. Does anyone know what I need to do cause if I have to start over I'm deleting it.
