Game reset to lvl1 after IPad update

Can you please help me, my game reset back to lvl1 after I updated my IPad. My base was in lvl6, my nick was Overlorden, I was clan leader in swe power, or sweden power (I play different games with diffrent clan names ;) )

Please please help me thank you.

Try deleting and redownloading the games from the app store.

You can try to recover your games by doing a self transfer

If you have problems transferring yourself you can contact support@teamlava.com so they can get your games back.
Give them your current storm ID and let them know what happened.
Also go ahead and set up a new storm ID on your game and give them this temp ID so they will be able to transfer you original games back to your device.

I have not gotten any help what so ever so far!
I reported this 3 days ago and recieved a request ID nr. Nothing has happened. Still waiting for you to fix my game.
