this is weird but i noticed that level 1 library gives also "encyclopedia bestiary"

i thought only high level should give them away

All levels of the Library will drop the Bestiary.

Are you up to the goal that requires these books? If you are, they do take a while. If possible, it's worth building a few more libraries to increase the chance of finding the books.

I only ever had 1 library and it took me a month to get all 10, it was during the summer world event so I wasn't in any rush.
