Is this free gem offer a scam?

I received a post on my wall telling me to visit [removed link]
I clicked on it and it says you can get free 10,000 gems and 1,000,000 coins if you put in your storm8 Id. I assume this is a scam so I didn't put my Id in. Anybody know anything about it?
