Lost bingo cards

Hi,
I just clicked on the game to play and got the message (can't join game at this time). Then I completely lost 41 bingo cards which is my daily bonus. What can I do at this time?

I had the same exact thing happen to me just two days ago, and that was not the first time that occurred. I emailed shark party support right after it happened, but still haven't received any response yet...

Same here. Just bought $19.99 in gems. They showed up, game played, then they disappeared! I too have contacted storm8 support.

When I play the tournament it never gives me coins or cards when I win
