I need to ask you, i'm trying to get my other game back on the phone.
Don't have ? password so i wrote to support.
What is your experience? How long does it take to get ? reply?
It's been closer to a week and i miss my game a LOT. :)

I've had support transfer my games twice. The first time it took a half hour and the secon time an hour. That was the time to transfer the games, the first reply was sooner.

Check your our spam folder. Or check the ticket status at support.teamlava.com.

Forgot to mention that with the 4 day holiday weekend you won't get a response until Monday at the earliest

Not to mention all the emails they will have received due to the crashes easrlier this week. I wrote to them on Tuesday and still waiting for a reply

00gargoil000- It can take 3-5 business days for an agent to respond to your email. Thursday/Friday was a US holiday.
There is limited staff working on weekends and holidays.

An agent should be responding soon!
