Dragon Summoning not giving bolts, gears, or links?

Starting today I stopped receiving gears, bolt, & links when completing the harvesting food, quests, & hatching eggs? I rebooted my iPad but still did not help? It's frustrating watching the timer count down and not being able to earn the needed components. Anyone else having the same issues?
