Problem with leader status

I have a big Problem with the leader status in my Allianz. I have created the Allianz G3RM4N TEQUILAS we are on Rang 36.
Yesterday I have promoted a member to be an Eldar, but he was directly the leader.
This Player is activ but didn't answer.

Please change it because the other member will leave the game.

I have spend al lot of time in this allianz.

If you promote someone who is already an Elder, this will demote you as the Leader. We're not able to reverse these actions, but please follow up with that player to resolve the matter.
