My mom updated her iPhone software today and when she opened her bakery story app after the update, all of her progress was gone. Her bakery appears as a new bakery with no name or id. However, when I go on my neighbors tab, her original bakery still appears with all of the progress she had made. So what I want to know is there any way to get the progress lost in the software update back on her phone? She had a storm id, but I don't think she ever made a password to go with it.

Please email support@teamlava.com for further assistance so Support can restore her original Storm8 ID back to her device. Thanks!

Same thing happened to me. But since I started again, I would like to transfer the gems that I earned to my original bakery before I try to get back my old bakery. Is that possible? How? Thank you...

I lost my progress on my android device (but, strangely, not on my iPad). I have e-mailed Storm 8 support multiple times and still no response. It has been over 3 months.
