not recieving notification

I am not receiving notifications from RS Thanksgiving. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times. All my other games are working right. I am running it on Samsung 10.1, Android version 4.0.4 and RD. 1.5.5.7.7 I would appreciate any help you can suggest.

Sometimes with changes, you can lose your notifications.


Go under settings in the games and turn them off then back on again. Then restart your phone.


If they still do not return, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) so they can check your game.

I have the same problem in 2 Accounts in germany. Another german neighbour too. Just in Restaurant, bakery works.

I did what you had written, but nothing changed. No notification. On both accounts. Have to write to team Lava

I had same issue: RS and BS, finally uninstalled in my phone and moved to my iPad. Every suggestion they gave me didn't work, I lost do much money and food I was upset. it's a big they need to figure out and fix FAST. sorry I don't have a fix for you.
