Best adventure for gems?

I get gems from them all could be 5 or it could be one,,, but not every day, get them from purple cow and sir piggy, and the dragon.too

I am not sure but I do think the more difficult (cooking wise) adventures give more gems, ie the sweet feast one, and the spicy feast one.

I only ever get them from the dark caves adventure.

I've got them from all but I tend to get more frequent drops and larger amounts from the more advanced quests

I just finished a Desert adventure (the one that requires the Sweet Feast) this evening, and only got 4 gems, so it looks like the number of gems dropped per adventure varies even if you do the same one.

I get them from ALL adventures. Anywhere from 1-8. I've not noticed if one adventure drops more. I just rotate through whichever adventure I have food for.
