5 days i did not receive my gems in game

I purchased a gem pack before 5 days but the gems weren't added into my game. When I tried to purchase it once more, it said "You've already purchased this but it has not been downloaded. Click OK to download it now." I clicked OK but nothing happened.


I've tried restarting the device and everything but no luck. Also i sent message to support firemocha and storm8 with my all information and receipt but i got an answer..

I have request received number message

so i hope Any suggestions/help?

It can take 3-5 business days before support responds to your email.
If you are on IOS, try doing a hard reset of your device.
Hold down the home and power button at the same time until you see the apple sign.

You can also try deleting and redownloading the game.
