I purchased a gem pack but the gems weren't added into my game. When I tried to purchase it once more, it said "You've already purchased this but it has not been downloaded. Click OK to download it now." I clicked OK but nothing happened.

I know maybe there's a delay in the transaction but how long will it take to get the gems if there is a delay? I've tried restarting the device and everything but no luck. Any suggestions/help? :confused:
