I am level 30 and have just unlocked the glimmergate but it hasn't sparked of any quests. Have I missed something? Do I need to complete something else first.

Have you also expanded to the forgotten roost? I think it's a prerequisite for the greselda quest line.

Yeah, I had the same problem. Gotta say, it's a bit misleading since the Glimmergate is cheaper and requires less royal points to unlock than the roost - I just spent all my money unlocking the glimmergate and now I have to save up to build some royal buildings and come up with another $300,000 to unlock the roost... Le Sigh...
