lost gems

Hey, i opened my restaurant story and realised my food had gone back to i chose the option to restore my food using 4 gems, as soon as i did that, it showed the message that this is online game bla bla, connection to internet has been lost. it processed and when it reappeared not only had all the food on my counters disappeared but food from the ovens and stoves too. what is worse is that the food for which i had given up 4 gems had disappeared and now i have 10 instead of 14 gems. this is really terrible!!!
id like to be given back my gems
