New device

Hey! I have a new iPad 4, but my entire account is on my iPod 4... I really want to use the same account and not start another one.. What should I do?

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

You can also logon to your games by using the new features in Restaurant Story.
When you use this feature and move Restaurant over to your iPad 4, all games will also transfer over.

Thank you very much! But I have here a game I don't have on my iPod... (Pet hotel story). Do I do the same?

Which device is your current Pet Hotel game on?

If you have some games on your iPad and some on your iPod, you will not be able to get all these games on one device at the same time.
Your games are attached to the storm ID on that device.
