Will anything else change? I know it costs 10 gems but will I loose my neighbors, gems or coins???

On iphone- you can change your name and nothing else changes.

Your new name will show up in your neighbors walls.

you may want to let them know you are changing names.

You keep all neighbors and nothing changes in your game.
