I am trying to purchase, but after entering my apple password it is saying something about this not being a test account. It mentions opening a sandbox account. Any suggestions or ideas?

See if this helps

Did you recently update the iOS version on your device? Sometimes this will happen after updating the iOS version.

Can you try the following?


Logout of the iTunes App Store.
Uninstall Dragon Story.
Power OFF your device.
Power ON your device.
Login to iTunes App Store and install Dragon Story.


If this doesn't work, you may need to reset your device and then restore everything from a backup.

I uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn't work. Doing it your way worked!!

I have reported some gold that didn't show up on my screen, but you have solved one big issue. THANKYOU :-)

Um for the record - it was the whole quote you posted not the "see if this works" hehe.
