every times i want to take a pic of my island, it only says Unable to take a screen shot at this time, plz try again later, pls help me.....

First try restarting your device.

Are you taking a screenshot or using the in game camera?

If you are on IOS, on your device check under your settings-privacy-photos-make sure you have the button for Dragon story turned "on".

If this does not help, can you post a screenshot of the message you are receiving?
