Porthole up grade lost

I started the upgrade to hold 30. It just finished and still says i can only hold 25 even after a rest of my phone. And now says spend 9 mil agen to upgrade.

Can you please try force closing and restarting your game?

I have reset game on both iPhone and iPad with turning off both devices as well.

I took a look at your game and it looks like you only upgraded to a level 4 Alliance Portal and did not begin the level 5 upgrade. When you upgrade, the new building stats do appear as opposed to the previous building. Would this explain what may have happened here?

I was maxed at holding 25 before the update, it became available and I started it. It finished and I was still only holding 25.

I'm confused it now says I can hold 30. In just restated the upgrade last night. It has over 5 days left. Did. Just wast more stones. 9 mill of them. Please help.

Now it's back to saying can hold 25. After a install of new update and resting both ipad and iPhone.
