hello i have restore my iphone today and i have lost my id on dragon story can you please help me my id is amely1307 and my new id after restored is amelyyy

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.

You can also try to recover your games (if you had a password set up)

i have new id and i have password and i sent to support since 3 hours but im still lvl1

yesterday that change my id from my galaxy note to my iphone to play dragon story because i have more options on my iphone, but i had ios 4 and i couldnt win gold because i coudnt download new games so i have updated my version to ios 7 and after restored my telephone i lost my id on dragon story im soooooooooo sad can i have my id back???

Support can take up to 5 business days to respond. If you haven't heard back from them in that time, check your spam folder as well, and reply to the automated email, asking for a status update.

i dont understand because i dont speak very well english, i just send them another message on this website http://support.storm8.com/home
and they sent me automatic message in mail mailbox
so what should i do now??

Si vous avez d?j? mis en place un nouvel ID de temp?te sur votre nouvel appareil, vous ne serez pas en mesure de vous transf?rer.

Le soutien peut prendre jusqu'? 5 jours ouvrables pour r?pondre. Si vous n'avez pas entendu parler d'eux en ce moment, v?rifier votre dossier spam ainsi, et r?pondre au courriel automatis?, demandant une mise ? jour de statut.
