I am currently trying to compete the Parade Permit Please goal. I have visited the 20 community members and left the 20 tips. When I go to the design menu and attempt to buy the 4 required autumn lamps, the game won't let me buy them. I select a lamp, the game says to select an empty space to put it, I select a space, but nothing happens. I have tried to place a lamp in almost every empty space I have, and even put an entire set of tables and chairs into storage to make plenty of empty space. I have more than enough coins - over 4,000,000. Is there some other goal I need to do? The lamps are unlocked and available to purchase. Please help!
