The Spooky chest is only available at hallowen and it is already deleted in november. It appears to be the best of all the chests but no one i have seen can get the good prizes. I spent over 200gems and can never get any of the top 3 prizes. Gems are so hard to get and it seems like a waste of money when you only get the small prizes all the time. The vampire bartender is very cool looking but I don't know anyone that has got it and the odds say its only a 1% chance.
