How do I delete someone who is posting negative things on my wall or make a compliant

I all of a sudden have some nut on my wall leaving all kinds of messages...I deleted them but they said that won't work they will just keep messaging me..they are rude and I'm totally embarrassed that my other neighbors are reading such nonsense..call a monitor or someone please help me???
