Er, you post on their wall with your Storm8 ID and asking them to add you?

Or you just look at other people's walls and take the Storm8 IDs of people posting there asking for the person to add them. Go to the invite tab, type in their ID, and viola! You've asked them to be your neighbor.

The ADD ME Threads are great for finding the Storm ID's real quick. The Storm IDs are different than the Restaurant name.
