Game does not work

I am still not able to play ds. I tried everything except reinstalling the game because i dont want to risk losing everything i did (level 90) what is going on or can i do? I dont want to send an email because it takes at least a weak before tl answers. I saw the post in the off topic forum but they just say it works again and even though a few people point out it doesn't work, tl does not respond. So maybe this way I will get an answer?

Game should be back up, please force close your game. If force closing does not help, please reinstall your game. Reinstalling will not cause you to lose progress in the game. Thank you!
