removing neighbors

How can I remove neighbors that are inactive? I have a few that do not play and are stuck on the same level. They never have anything in their shop. Please help!!

Go to your neighbour list, press the edit button (turns visit button to remove button), remove the people you want to then go back to the top and press the done button (turns remove buttons back to visit ones)
