I just bought a cash register but it didn't work. no one stand behind it. How to get somebody to stand?

If you have more than one cash register, only one will have someone standing behind it. The other registers will work just fine though, even though no one is standing there. If you wish, you can put one of the decorative people behind it, like this:

I think it's a limited one, I remember getting it when I first started playing BS not too long ago.

I have 3 of those bloody flower drawers - trying to get the spring sectional prize in the pastel package box! And 5 pastel hutches! :(

She was from St. Patricks Day in 2012. She got removed with the seasonal stuff in early 2013.

Does second cash register give you more customers?

No, but you need an extra register for every door you have if you have a layout where you've blocked access to other parts of the store, to keep the bots confined to a small area of your bakery.
