Black Friday Sale?

I started playing in January 2013 so I missed last Thanksgiving. Can someone tell me what went on sale on Black Friday? Someone told me that they brought back "expired" or removed items. Is that true? If so was it decor, recipes or both? Was it across all TL games? Was it only gems?

Sorry I'm just trying to be prepared if TL chooses to do this again this year.

They brought back LTOs and some first prizes from boxes. First prize can be sold up to 70 gems. They're for gem only. I'm quite sure they didn't bring back recipes, though I only heard of it, never experienced myself. Many TL games had it last year, BS, RS, FS,... Hopefully this year will have black Friday sale, I've been saving like crazy ;)

As lame as this is, I squealed when I saw the autumn cupcake stand...when I first started playing it was an LTO that I really wanted but couldn't afford. I think I shall buy five ;)

The other prizes the majority are box's items, I only like the robot waiter lol there are a lot of 1st item boxes but i never like the big items. I was expecting the LTO's date classic dinner but lucky :( and i have more than 500 gems

yes i Know, but then this black friday item don't have sense... because we won't never complet the tables with the correspondent chairs. (I always have the pair theme items and i know that very often one cost gems and the other costs coins)

i am SO happy they put the carnival box prize out! i wanted that thing to a ridiculous degree, so even though it was still expensive, i don't care. sad the cider bar price went down from my original purchase price, but i really like it and have been using it since then, so it was worth it to me. and i got good other stuff that wasn't on my wish list, but for 13 gems, hey, why not? all in all, a great sale, TL.

the only item I wanted that was up for sale today was the Fall Garden and I bought it even though it wasn't top priority item, yet I still somehow ended up spending over 100 gems. Bought these items:

I am with you on that! I finially gave up on that one. I really do not need any more bears! I put them all out once and a neighbor called my restaurant the County Bear Jamboree :/

Hahahaha, that's funny as hail. I've seen a restaurant that had about 20 bears displayed. I kept going bAck to see if I could spit the koi pond. Guess they wanted to make their gems count. They look creepy and make me itch. The pond is one of the things people really want. ITs like bs version of the duck pond. I'd be so happy if I could get my hands on the steampunk fountain. Can't think of too many people who would have said, "oh wow, a jousting arena and football field!" Seriously? I know women like football and many men play, but really?! That's the best they had to offer.......

It was a gem item, the chair was for coins, black Friday was all-gem. That rainbow chair has been in my game since I started playing almost a year ago though, because I hover over it every time I'm in the chairs tab, but I never got it because I couldn't get the table... and now it's gone. >:(
